STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
You should update this document to reflect your T&C.
Terms and Conditions:
1) Full Payment must be made prior to Installation. All goods remain the property of Print Quick until Paid in full.
2) Client’s co-operation is required to access the property for site inspection, measurement and installation at all
reasonable times.
3) Installation Costs are subject to a site survey. Client will be liable for any additional costs Associated to meet at
surface required for
Installers Safety as per safety guidelines. Any delay in Signage at your site due to unforeseen & unmanageable
factors will be respected at both ends. Any downtime caused on site may incur additional costs.
4) Works are between Mondays to Friday from 9.00am to 5pm;works outside these times will incur additional costs.
5) Print Quick does not include: Access Equipment, Cranes, Scissor Lift, Cherry Picker, Council Approval, Engineer
Certificate, Traffic Control, Induction Training, Primary Wiring, unless specified in Quotation/Invoice.
6) Print Quick does not take any responsibility required for Signage Approval from Council or any other Legal
Authority regarding Signage at your mentioned site. Print Quick will work under able guidance of Client.
7) Print Quick do not take any responsibility required from Local Council or any other Legal Authority regarding
Installation of Real Estate Boards at sites mentioned by Client.
8) Print Quick will not share Client’s Information with any other Third Party at any circumstances.
9) Quote holds form for 30days.
10) All costs are exclusive of GST.
11) ETA 10-15 working days, from receiving order, deposit and artwork approval, depending on scope of works and
our workload.
12) Artwork to be supplied by Client in Vectorised Format unless specified in Quotation/Invoice.
13) Does not include Installation or Delivery Charges unless specified in Quotation/Invoice.
14) Quotation Costs are based as a whole. Any items removed may incur additional costs.
15) A 50% Deposit is required to commence works and remainder is to be paid in full before dispatch or installation.
Advance deposits is non-refundable in case of cancellation of order.
16) Goods sent via Freight are at Clients own risk. Print Quick can follow up with courier or post for missing item
but Print Quick is not liable for re-production of same order at same cost. Re producing the order will incur the cost
again.
17) If Light Box is to be Installed, Print Quick does not take any responsibility of Electrical Connections. Electrical
Connections has to be done by Licensed Electrician.
18) Client is responsible for Proofing and Approving all products created by us for you. Please check all aspects of
proof, including spellings, names, phone numbers, graphics and grammatical errors. In case of wrong printing
done due to above errors, client will hold a ll the re-printing costs.
19) An example of Draft Proof (Soft Copy) will be sent to Client via email or phone for client to review and approve
or request amendments.
20) Colours in Artwork for Proofs are intended only as a guide, the printed product may vary slightly due to the
printing process . Because of this slight colour variation may occur.
21) After Clients Approval for artwork, any subsequent errors in the products will not be responsibility of Print
Quick.
22) Print Quick cannot be held responsible for damages done due to adverse weather to any signs after they have
been installed onsite. Any Fix up required at later stage will incur additional cost.
23) Print Quick ensures that all artwork is printed at high resolution, however in the case of customer supplied
artwork or image , no
guarantee is given.
24) Any Artwork or concept, produced or created by Print Quick, is copyright and remains the property of Print
Quick and an artwork release fee may apply.
25) We advertise finished Signage and Printing Products on our Website and Face book Page, however if you wish
not to do the same , please advise us in advance.
